Every TNS Hair Straightener Brush is held to the highest design standards and tested before packaging & delivery. However if you need to return your DEFECTIVE* Brush,  Please use the contact us form or simply email us on:
and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

  • You can return a DEFECTIVE*  Brush for a full refund or exchange.

  • You are responsible for the product until we receive them back, make sure it's in original condition with original packaging.

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will contact you via email for a status update.

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense. Any returned items that are not received by TNS professional hair straightening brush will not be issued a refund. 

  • We recommend you obtain proof of purchase or tracking number.

  • If a refund is approved, we'll refund the price you purchased your item at. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal based on your initial payment method

  • As per industry standards, we do not accept refunds/replacements request for wear and tear or physical damage done to the product due to the improper use. 

  • As per industry standards we do not accept return requests for change of mind or customer dissatisfaction with results.

*A TNS professional Brush is considered DEFECTIVE if:

  • The unit does not turn on.

  • The unit shuts down by itself during use.

  • The unit does not reach the set temperature.

  • The LCD screen doesn't turn on.



  • For warranty claims you will need to submit a proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt that displays date and place of purchase.

  • This warranty statement does not replace but is in addition to your statutory rights.

  • This warranty does not apply to accessories supplied with the product.

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.

  • Replacement products will be covered by a limited warranty for the balance of the warranty period from the date of the original purchase.

Your warranty is subject to the following conditions:

  • DO NOT operate the appliance with a damaged plug or cord, or if the unit has been dropped, damaged or dropped in water. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble or attempt to repair the appliance on your own. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified electrician in order to avoid a hazard. Incorrect re-assembly or repair can cause a risk of electric shock or injury to persons when the appliance is used.

  • The product has not been misused, abused, neglected, altered, modified or repaired by anyone.

  • The product has been subjected to fair wear and tear.

  • The product has not been used for trade, professional or hire purposes.

  • The product has not sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accident.

Please note: Only the defective product or parts returned to place of purchase will be replaced under this warranty.
